Thanks for showing off your talents again QJB. Those are amazing and whoever receives them is going to be thrilled.

OK just a 3-day work week with a few appointments sprinkled in and then I am out of this winter wonderland. I have a manicure at lunch today. Tomorrow at 8AM I will be at the chiropractor. He is a really good arm guy and he believes since bruising did not show up till 5 days after my accident I may have a tear in my bicep. Now to determine if it needs surgery or if I am good to go with just some PT? If they got to cut it I wonder if they can take any of this extra skin. Wow what a bonus that would be.

QOTD: It has been playing in the background but I am really not into it as much as I have been in the past. I remember setting the DVR and having guest for opening ceremonies but I didn't even watch it. I think in my mind because it is in China I am not on board with it.

Accountability: Saturday was a train wreck but I reigned it back in yesterday.

I actually don't know that side very well except South Beach for work. Shoot Liz a note, that's close to Mike's place I think. Avoid the temptation to party with Eva, if possible.

I was thinking of reaching out to Eva to see if she would meet us at OH confrnece. I'd love to see how that would work out.

Unfortunately, you already have a roommate, but maybe the three of you could upgrade to a suite?
