Good morning ~ Yay for another snow day! Adorable cookies!! I'm still waiting for the result of my test yesterday. It was supposed to be a 3-6 hour turnaround, but they must be super busy. My throat was not sore this morning - no headache either, but I still have the breathing issues and a little bit of a cough. Otherwise, I feel okay. If my test is neg again, I may meet my son for lunch.
QOTD - The first Bridget Jones - but not the sequels. I've seen it 1000 times and I could watch it a 1000 more - I just love this movie for so many reasons!
Food- winging protein forward today - do not have the bandwidth to plan

Anybody else having spell check issues on this site?
Well we got everything the Queen has mentioned and we are in the snow stage right now. However, I do not have the luxury of a snow day. DH was up at 5:30 chiseling the off the driveway and fortunately the roads were well taken care of by the time I got out there at 8:30. But Hey it's Friday so I got that for the win.
Julia Your decorating talent is impeccable. I would pay you for those any day. So cute what a great talent to have. A coworker has a niece that is baking cakes out of her house and I needed a cake for DH's Birthday on the 26th so I am going to give her a shot. I'll post a photo after the event. I hope I made the right choice.
This weekend will be spent packing and organizing for my weekend trip to Florida. I am not a big fan of Florida. I'd rather be going to the Caribbean but at this point just getting out of this cold will do a world of good for me.
