Sorry you aren't feeling well. Sinus issues are rough. Whelp, after avoiding the 'vid all this time and being triple protected, it ha**** our home. I was in the ER because my GJ tube dislodged but I tested negative then, a few days later my partner was pretty sick. They could have caught it at work though because it is going around there. I worry because they are type 2 diabetic but after a few rough days (like a bad flu) they seem to be doing better. We are still all quarantined of course, probably for the best because we are about to get a winter whallop. We have been doing what we can around the house to make sure we are ok if we lose power because it seems like we are going to get rain, ice, wind and LOTS of snow. Lovely. Try to stay safe Everyone

G'morning all!

Ugh, QJB, sorry you got the allergies, sinus stuff and in general a winter cold. I'm sure in previous years you would have just put up with them, while in the last two years every sniffle or cough scares the heck out of all of us. Hang in there.

QOTD: no wall paper in our home. Although I did grow up with various wall papers in our room; one I remember in the "girls' room" was orange and yellow...happy colors. I've seen many projects on Pinterest that they do only one wall, like an accent, and I really like it.

My meals yesterday, doing IF (open window 1:00-7:00)

  • Coffee
  • Mex cauli rice + pulled pork
  • Hot cocoa X 2, Fage yogurt, keto fudge
  • Protein puff
  • E: 30 minutes cardio + 60 minutes weight training.

Happy hump day!

What brand are the protein puffs. I found some single serving bags at the grocery yesterday on sale for $1.50 but I think they are a different brand these were all plant based.

They are twin peaks. If they are the same at your store that's a great price. At GNC they are about $5 a bag.
