Thank you sheila, it really does. I feel like I am at that point where I can get to goal. Hardest part is reeling myself in when not losing 3-5 lbs a week..LOL

  1. Pre- Surgery/ Type 2 Diabetes, High BP and Cholesterol, treated with 6 medications, including Insulin. Post Op- low dose BP med 2022, Mounjaro 10/2023

HW - 299 , Consult day weight - 277, Day of surgery ( 11/19/2014) - 259,LW - 178, GW - 195, CW- 194.2 - reached goal

I can relate...I count my weekly losses in oz not lbs. But still at it

yea - I remember the days when I could lose five lbs in a week (although probably not all of that was true weight - some was probably water). I'll never see that again... (although not complaining - I'd rather be where I am now - slightly overweight - than over 300 lbs!)

Good Morning! Yay for productive days! So far no luck on a new hire and the days are limited until the other leaves for her maternity leave-ahhhh!

QOTD: John plays Wordle so mornings I'll "help"

TSS: 7 years 5 months

B: SF latte, orange, Quaker protein/fiber oatmeal and turkey sausage

L: Chicken salad made with canned chicken, carrots, pudding, and a pear

S: Protein puffs, nuts, an apple and yogurt

D: Tri tip, cauliflower with cheese, sliced orange/banana, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Greek yogurt

E: I'm taking a rest day. I didn't miss a day in January so there's that!

V/W: On track
