Good morning! Our dinner get together last night was so much fun. Too much wine, and not enough food, I admit, but the bonus is they left us a ton of smoked pulled pork. So delicious. That's going to show up on my menu a lot the next few days and I already dropped some down into the freezer for later. Today we are meeting friends for a walk along the bay and then lunch. I'd like to work on a few valentine ideas this afternoon and now, thanks to this thread and your amazing ideas, I am excited to plan on watching King Richard tonight! So a pretty great Saturday shaping up.
QoTD: ugh. Totally fake coffee. My system tolerates no caffeine and I rarely enjoy a cup of herbal tea.
Menu:
B: pulled pork and cottage cheese
L: thinking insides of shrimp tacos
D: pulled pork, cheddar cheese, bbq sauce and coleslaw all built together into a nice little bowl
NO wine for the rest of this weekend, to be sure! But maybe a bit of chocolate
Peace Everybody!

Your cartoon is my Rottweiler (Josie). If she wants attention she just gets up in your face, which usually includes her butthole! Unlike a little kitty she is 100 lbs of muscle so not so easy to get her to move her butt. She also just sits on Archie ( mini Goldendoodle) if he is in the way.
QOTD: I am a cold brew drinker adding sf vanilla, real caramel drizzle, and light half n half. My favorite is Starbucks but there are other less expensive brands in the refrigerated section. DD is a tea drinker. Her favorite brand is Stash. We also have TAZO brand and some local teas.
I was tired yesterday so I decided not to workout. I felt a bit guilty but decided to "listen" to my body.
today is my "free" day for eating meaning I allow myself a few more calories and snacks don't judge my menu too harshly ;-)
B: triple zero Greek yogurt with collagen, cold brew with caramel and half n half
L: 4 bites strawberry crepe, 1/2 sausage patty, 4 bites scrambled eggs, some hashbrowns
S: chocolate, handful cheez-it's.
D: tbd
S: 100 bag kettle corn with m&ms
E: none
Have a great weekend

I love Dunkin' Donuts Turtle love. It's very reasonably priced. It's a dark, which i usually hate, but this is gooooood!
