Good morning and TGIF ~ When I watch the weather in the morning I always think of all of you in the storm zones. I did notice your house this morning - I recognized your kitties looking out the window. Stay safe everyone!

This has been a long ass week... I am glad it's only a half day for me today. I have a mani/pedi after work, grocery shopping on the way home then nothing but recliner until bedtime. Snowpiercer is back on and I really want to watch the new episode. Tomorrow I'd like to go up the coast to Morro Bay/Cayucos - walk the beach, visit my parents grave and have some oysters @ Dockside - we'll see.

QOTD - Yes, usually a list - I even organize my list by the aisles. I hate when they rearrange the store without asking my opinion, lol.

Accountability - Lily's caramel balls and protein puffs - I had a snack attack last night

b- coffee, l&f vanilla yogurt w/SF strawberry preserves

l-beef jerky teriyaki zero

d- eggs and bacon

s-peperoni

hi all

laaaate post for me- we are leaving tomorrow for the cruise. so excited but will probably had to work a bit- not forced but workload wise. DH usually sleeps till 11 or so anyway so I get the morning to myself to eat breakfast, drink a crap ton of coffee etc.

QOTD: I've been doing online for a while now. DH uses a mental list and sometimes forget the things I ask for. I like to pair with coupons, cash back etc so it takes some planning.

food today is eating whatever is leftovers before we leave

eggs/ cheese/low carb bread

shake with last of almond milk

rotis chicken

Happy Happy Friday

i am working from home today but it will only be a half day. My kids have semester finals and also have a half day of school. DD and I are going to get our nails done then some light shopping. I owe DD some replacement shirts for the ones we returned after Christmas. It is a difficult task since she isn't a fan of the current cropped fashion or the baggy oversized look. Unfortunately this is what we usually find at the store. We are going to hit a second hand store maybe they will have some options for her. Also a stop at TJ to get more sf dark chocolate bars. Yummy. I am sure DD will pick out some other items.

several weeks ago I bought a roomba. It was a smarter version with self emptying feature. I love it as it rarely gets stuck and vacuums in a pattern. So I decided I needed anoth one for my basement but didn't need to spend as much. Big mistake. It is one of those that goes straight into it runs into an object (furniture, walk) then goes off in a random direction. On the first run it got stuck no less then 6 times. Today I sent it back to Amazon and purchased a more expensive model. Hope the new one will be smarter!

I did check out the on-site gym. It has an elliptical, 2 recumbent bikes, a weight circuit and a few free weights I will probably do the elliptical for 30 minutes during lunch

weekend plans include skiing on Sunday with celebration of DHs bday. We will going out to dinner after skiing and have bday cake. Jim have you seen the Earthquake bars (rogue fitness)? He wanted one for his present so I have ordered one for him. Saturday is up in the air.

QOTD: I usually have some type of list, either in my head if only a few items or a written list if longer. I like to plan my meals then create a grocery list based on what I am going to prepare otherwise I will forget important items

B: triple zero Greek yogurt, cold brew with caramel drizzle half n half

L: protein puffs

S: tbd

D: 1c ground Turkey veggie soup

S: 100 cal bag kettle corn. 2 squares sf chocolate bar

E: 30 treadmill, 30 min yoga, 15 min resistance bands

I have not seen those before. My gym uses Rogue Ohio Bars and they are very good.

The crop style is just insane. The stuff for young girls are even cropped. Just not a fan.

I don't know if it would work for your daughter, but I wear a tank under any crop or realy any shirts I think might be too short (I have shorter legs/longer torso). My teen niece gave me the suggestion a few years ago.

I bought a new Eufy and put the old one in the basement. I am so glad I did. I have my litter boxes in the basement and the Eufy picks up any stray litter so the floors are always clean. I have the Roomba that mops the floors and love that little machine too.
