What's on your Wednesday Menu?
I do agree with the stretching out. At first the ones I bought were pretty stiff, these are non-Rogue. May have to look into the Rogue once the ones I purchased are too stretched out.

I have an inexpensive set from amazon ($25) and the Rogue set ($75). If money is an issue - get the cheaper set. They work fine, but may not last as long. The one I got from amazon had ankle straps which I really like and are easy to use, but the quality of Rogue is much better.
I tried, but don't get the link thing, but here is the one I bought:

I am using mini resistance bands. I have 2 different sets, one is like thick elestic fabric to prevent them from rolling, I use them on lower body, then a regular elastic (thick rubber bands). I found them on Amazon by looking for highly rated. Couple of the other menuers are using Rogue bands.

Good morning and happy Hump Day!
I have blocked out about 5 hours on my schedule to work on a presentation for Friday...5 hours to create half hour of material, should be more than enough! I'm also working on a joint presentation with someone else for early Feb -- it's a bit more challenging because I'm just doing the intro and close but doing a lot of coaching of the main speaker and also trying to make it entertaining because it's the last presentation of the a 3 day event.
We got about 6 inches of snow yesterday, I shoveled twice so once the sun hits it today, it will dry nicely before a bit more snow tomorrow. Every day it snows I am happy I have an east facing house!
QOTD - coffee with half and half and SF Pistachio syrup; I think I'll just call him Pistachio
I would like to get out for some groceries after work, I couldn't be bothered to cook before bookclub yesterday so end up just having popcorn. I did order more of the bariwise Hot Chocolate that I had been recommended; it's very good, very creamy and only 80 calories.
For some reason I have a complete blank on menu for today. Coffee plus half and halfX3; probably a cheese stick or two; maybe some PB toast and after that I am out of ideas.
Have a wonderful Wednesday everyone!
