I think that they taste just like the Starbucks ones, but they are bagel shaped, so kind of cute.

The best burger I have ever had was at that Gordon Ramsey restaurant, I think it was called The Pub? I might dream about it.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
Oh QJB so sorry your under the weather I hope it passes quickly. Great save on the weekend by getting some projects done yesterday.
Only 3 weeks and I am heading to Florida for a break from this cold. I have been trying to watch what I been eating and I have been exercising but it does not seem to helping on the scale. I am up again today. I know it's normal for a Monday but I am not happy with the way the scale has been going up. Today I am going to try to get back in the grove of not eating 1/2 hour after I drink and do not drink and hour after I eat. Hopefully that will get me back on track and get me to stop grazing. I think I just been doing to much comforting because it is so could and the treadmill does not even compare to an outdoor run. I have no desire to run outside since the temperature has been in the teens. Hopefully it will warm up a bit and get me back on the road.
QOTD: I have 3 house plants that I attend to. My Christmas cactus needs transplanted but I am going to wait till I can take it outside and do it. I also have a Golden Devil's Ivy that I have to cut back like once a month because it grows so well. And the last one has a few different plants in it and as some die off I stick the Golden Devils Ivy in it to fill the holes.
Accountability: Way to much cheese cake and chocolate cake.

there is evidence that certain foods can help with weight loss maintenance after bariatric surgery. I ran across this information last week while studying for my Certification as a Bariatric nurse. When I am at work tomorrow I will post the foods. As I recall it is fermented foods, soy and some others. It has to do with the gut micobiome.

Good morning. It was a beautiful t-shirt weather day yesterday and I really enjoyed it. We got a bike ride in with the girls and got them packed up and back to their Momma. Then we scrubbed out the RV. So dusty here and add two dogs and two little girls and that equals a constant battle for reasonably clean floors. It's cold right now, 43, and I'm on the fence about taking a walk around the perimeter of the lake. It's about 6 miles. The hubs leaves for golf soon, so this is my "ahhhh, I am all alone in peace and quiet day". Yay. I may run to the store for some iron on vinyl, but I think that's it. Lots of reading today. Started a new book. The only woman in the room. About Nazi Germany and a Jewish young lady. I also decided I'm going to start posting the books I read this year in my personal journal. So I can look back at the end of the year and review my accomplishments and remember my favorites among them. I have two done already, so when I get home I will add them in.
QoTD: No plants inside at home. But I do have a "money tree" that was gifted to me at work about 10 years ago that I have kept alive. Feels like my lucky plant and I plan on gifting it to my son in law when I leave in a few months.
Menu is mostly leftovers
B: poached egg and bacon
L: homemade chili with a bit of cheese
D: Chorizo beans, homemade corn tortilla chips, cheese, lettuce , tomato and avo.
Peace everybody!

Good morning ~ Sorry to hear you are sick, fingers crossed you remain negative for covid. I had a very nice weekend. Holy cow - the NFL games were GREAT! Can't wait until next weekend! I have a busy calendar today, but nothing too stressful but I need to get going.
QOTD - I have quite a few. I grew up with beautiful plants all over the house, my mom had a serious green thumb. I do okay keeping them alive, repotting occasionally but honestly I replace them when they start looking too sparse or sick.
Accountability - No wine, yay! But there were a TON of smoked almonds and few Lily's peanut butter cups.
B-eggbeater casserole, mushrooms and peppers, FF cheddar, coffee
l- ham and cheese sandwich/salad
d- pulled pork, BBQ sauce and coleslaw
s- HB egg

e-Part 2 of Snodonia Park in Wales - I'm done. The guide is just boring me to tears. Time to find a new series. Anyone ever yawn while working out?
Have an awesome day!
