may take you up on the room if I end up going - but don't wait around for me if someone else is interested, since I'm not sure I'm going to go to the conference yet (although leaning towards going!)

I can't think of a thing that I would want to change. I have ticked off most of my bucket list. Getting old is not as scary as I thought it would be. Sometimes I feel like I am still in my 20's. I enjoy every single day and don't let people get me down.

Good morning. At my desk, downloading emails and having my first cup of (fake) coffee. I stayed on track with food yesterday, even though I DID end up getting a taco! Soft corn tortilla, which I only ate two bites of, and pork adobo filling. We are all set up and the campground and I got to spend a couple hours with my Dad last night.

Today is work, work, work and then chili by the campfire.

QoTD: Honestly, my life is pretty blessed and I'm in a pretty good place. Now, if I could just resolve this snoring situation with my husband...

Menu:

B: small cup chicken stew with cottage cheese added

L: not sure, forgot my other taco, so there are two things in the freezer here at work. I'll grab one and get it defrosting for lunch. But it's going to be a surprise to me.

D: homemade chili and 1 piece of cornbread. But I will go extravagant with my small piece of cornbread and add butter and honey.

Peace Everybody!

G'morning all!

QJB - so happy your shorter commute is making your life easier and giving you a better life/work balance.

That cat looks like me yesterday. I was "attempting" to do a Russian twist and somehow I can't control both ends of my body at the same time. It was so frustrating; had to put my feet down on the floor.

QOTD: I was telling this to a friend just this past weekend. My life would be so much more enjoyable if icecream and cookies were healthy and low cal instead of broccoli and other greens. So that's my fantasy change-one-thing in my life.

My meals yesterday:

  • B: protein coffee
  • L: Costco egg bites + cauliflower thins
  • S: Premier protein + iced coffee
  • D: meatloaf & broccoli (skipped the roasted potatoes that according to DH were the best I had ever made)
  • E: 30 minutes cardio + 50 minutes weight training

Happy hump day!

Mornin' All!

I have to take my mother to a physical therapy appt later this morning and my car in for routine maintenance this afternoon - otherwise, it's just the murder trial!

I'm seriously thinking of going to the OH conference....especially since some other people from this thread are going. Thinking.....

QOTD: I'm in a good place right now, so there's nothing I can think of...

B: protein shake, coffee with half & half

MS: plain skyr with 2 T cranberry/cherry compote

L: 2 pieces of keto bread with 1 T peanut butter on each (hoping the fat holds me over through a chunk of the afternoon)

AS: protein muffin

D: matzo ball soup (with some extra chicken)

ex: some kind of cardio

have a great day, everyone!

JB - are you in contact with Stacy? She is right in the area even if she doesn't go to the conference.
