What's on your Wednesday Menu?
on 1/19/22 1:10 am
Hello Hello! I love weeks with a Monday holiday--Wednesdays come so quickly :) Yesterday was long and busy but I am still so in love with my short commute. I can put in multiple extra hours and still get home hours earlier than I used to :)
QOTD: What one thing would you change in your life that would make the biggest positive difference? Honestly, now that I have cut my commute out of my life, I can't really even think of anything terrible I would like to change! I guess my only issue left is that my cats won't let me sleep through the night.
Food was 100% on plan yesterday but I did add a hard seltzer at the end of the night. I have stayed with my commitment to exercising daily, but its stayed light. Hoping to get the motivation to work up a real sweat soon.

Good mornin JB
I'm feeling really sad and in pain...both emotionally and physically. We're really upset about my Uncle George. We're hoping it's treatable if it's cancer but I'm not sure he'd get treatment if it's real bad. Just so sad.
No big plans for the day. We might just stay home...I'm hoping at least.
food was ok yesterday..not great but ok.
QOTD: a fixed up back or lesser pain at least
B: Homemade egg cup with JUST egg instead of real eggs, coffee and yogurt
L: PP shake with frozen fruit
D: chicken stir fry with riced cauliflower
S: unsure of this so far.
here is a necklace I made quite a while back...I wish Swarovski would allow their beads to be sold but they don't anymore for most people. They had some pretty colors!

The VA here is rotten. I don't think they are all that way but our experience here has been less than ideal. The doctor who called(yes she told us over the phone) that my grandpa had leukemia, said it's cancer of the blood...it's no big deal. They basically decided my uncle Olen would die so they withheld care he needed.
my uncle George had a small melanoma on his scalp. They removed it but did not other scans.
i hope and pray you're right. My aunt Sandra survived stage 3 colon cancer...barely. I just hope you're right.

Wow, what a beautiful necklace.
I know I keep repeating myself, Melody, you should open an Etsy store to sell your pieces instead of selling the instructions. I know I buy patterns for crochet or knit items for about $6-$7, but the item can be sold up to $150. Your pieces can be sold for a lot.
Hope the news about your uncle's health is not all negative. Keep faith.
