What's on your Wednesday Menu?
I am sure that battling the Togetic was much safer than responding to a robbery in progress . People should know that it is impossible to get away with stuff anymore with all the video surveillence and smart phones!

Happy Wednesday! Yesterday sucked, was down with a migraine. I still have the small eye and pain lingering, but I'm out of bed and back at work.
QOTD - Neither, I don't really remember much about either of them sticking out as needing to be redone.
Breakfast- coffee
Lunch - maybe Greek food? They do a veggie patty that is to die for
Dinner - leftover roast veggies and salad
I hope you all have a great day!

Let it begin with me.

Good morning! Yesterday was another really good food day. Didn't stray from my plan and did not eat too much. No liquid calories. Very busy at work and it's looking like that again this morning. Yay. We really have nothing on the agenda until dinner with friends on Saturday. So I've been in very chill mode. We are taking the RV up to camp real near the friends. They live in Temecula, which is about 45 minutes north with no traffic. We found a casino with a campground 3 miles from them. So we will take the RV up Friday after work and home on Sunday. My husband wanted to know if I wanted the RV home today or tomorrow to load it. I was like, uh...Friday morning will work. I am packing no food and making no menus. Just slide in our clothes and go. I mean, if I am going to be a big Indian casino on Friday, I feel confident they'll have food shops, right?
QoTD: I am officially un-edumacated. So I don't have a first day of college to compare to. But I hated school. From day one. My mom said I came home from Kindergarten and said "I don't like that, I'm not going back". Obviously, I did, and never did like it. So I am all "tribal knowledge" here at work, the newer buzz word for lots of experience learned on the job. And my first real job was working a Gyros fast food shop. I did real well there, but moved on quickly as fast food is not the career for me.
Menu
B: hb egg, 1/3 C cottage cheese
L: pork chop and roasted acorn squash leftovers
D: I think I am picking up El Pollo Loco chicken on my way home. One of the few really calorie friendly fast food places.
Peace Everybody!

My grandpa was in the sixth grade and they told him they were going to put him back into the 4th grade(20's and early 30's Oklahoma). He refused it and dropped out. He went to hoboing it on the trains to find work.
Education is great but I hated school as well. My grandpa is the smartest person I have ever known. I've met some folks that are highly educated and they don't have a lick of sense!

I was in a computer class once and everyone was required to read the front page of the previous day's newspaper and bring in an article about current events. The teacher said he made computer students do that because they stayed so far in their little computer worlds that a world war could happen and they would never notice it.
He also predicted that someday people would have small personal computers on them all the time and send each other messages instead of engaging in conversation. I think of him sometimes when I see a group of people sitting together and texting each other.
You cannot teach people common sense and it is not really that common. I believe that there have been people in history that were as smart as Einstein but spent their lives doing manual labor and never got to use their brainpower.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
Oh QJB so out of character for you. Hope your day gets better and you share that salad recipe when you get a chance it sounds lovely.
I had a terrible eating day yesterday. I did not take my vitamin because I was fasting and I think that may have been the culprit. I will be trying to reign it back in today. I have Bible Study tonight so that will keep me from snacking.
Anytime this cold weather wants to go away would be fine with me. I think it is the cold that is keeping me from wanting to move in the mornings. I am hoping it gets above freezing soon in the morning so I am more motivated to exercise.
QOTD: Neither I am good with both.

Chrissy,
Push yourself to do some exercise. Once you get out of the habit it is so hard to get back to it. Start with something small, even a short 10 minute workout. You may feel better once you are active and want to do more.
