Loved the first episode and liked the backstory; last week I was ready for them to move more on the current story vs the past so hoping todays episode addresses that.

We were also discussing how much flashback boba looks like Halloween's Michael myers

Good morning QJB and menu folks. You know what day it is??? Feeling even better today, slept great last evening and am ready for a busy day.

I am down 4.8 lbs since January1 and feel like I am in a great place right now. Covid certainly helped with the weight loss, but the biggest change/factor is this forum. Being here is helping me tremendously. My habits are changing, and I feel really good, Thank you all.

QOTD - work day. I started on third shift at Wyeth Nutritionals, was a horrible first night of equipment issues and I wondered what I had got myself into. I stuck it out and rose through the ranks while attending college and the rest is history.

B - Scrambled eggs and cheese

S - Raspberries and ham/chive cream cheese

L - kielbasa a pepperjack

S - cukes and ranch

D - Left overs

E - Treadmill, I am still not ready to enter the gym

Nice job on the weight loss! I need to figure out how to lose weight while traveling (or at least not gain).

Mornin' All!

well more of the Halderson murder trial saga - Halderson tested positive for COVID yesterday, so the trial has been delayed for a week. Probably for the better since I've managed to get not a whole lot done the last couple of weeks because I've spent eight hours a day watching this trial. Of course, I'll get back to it again as soon as they start up again - but at least I have a few days to focus on other things!

I have to take my mother to another doctor's appt this morning - and there's a Webinar I signed up for this evening - but that's it. I otherwise hope to get some reading done today. I have a stack of books I checked out from the library that will be due soon, and I really do want to read them!

QOTD: it's been so long that I have no recollection at all of the first day of either, although I only stayed at my first college and my first professional job for about a year (transferred colleges). Years ago I wish I'd have never started at that college or taken that first job, but then, on the other hand, I wouldn't have ended up where I am now if it weren't for those two bad experiences.

accountability has been great. But I'm only down less than a half pound since last week. But that's life at being 10 lbs overweight rather than 100+ lbs overweight. Sigh. At least it's going down..

B: plain skyr with 1/2 cooked, diced apple. Coffee with half & half.

MS: iced latte made with Fairlife & SF syrup

L: protein chocolate "mousse" with raspberries (??)

AS: slice of malt loaf and some kind of protein (maybe an ounce of cheese or a light yogurt)

D: small piece of chicken lasagna, coleslaw made with Chinese-inspired dressing

ex: some kind of cardio - I'm not going to the gym right now because of the virus surge, so I'll find some youtube video

have a great day, everyone!

I kind of don't remember first day of college that well either (except the freshman 15 started almost immediately).
