Good morning ~ I heard on the Today show that they shut down Boston School today. I hope it isn't one of those things that you had to go in anyway, JB. Stay safe and warm! Although it's cold here right now and I have a sweater/boots on and little space heater going, it's supposed to be 80 here today! I have a blouse and flats in my bag to change. We always say be prepared - it's either flipflops or Ugg's on any given day in CA.

QOTD - I want a 4 wheel, remote control golf caddy cart with umbrella and cup holders. I like walking the course over taking a cart. I have an inexpensive push cart that I cuss at a lot. It basically works, but seriously - can't a girl have some luxury out there on the green?

Accountability - great!

B- plain yogurt with strawberries

l- Turkey and cheese lettuce wraps with light mayo and pickles

d- philly cheese steak w/ peppers and mushroom's

s beef jerky

vi****er - great

exercise - 30 min hike in Romania up to Caraiman Cross - beautiful

Have a great day!

QOTD- The serger I just bought, granted my other one was dead but it felt like a splurge to me.

I bought the Cuisinart Air Fryer/Toaster oven and I love it. Yes it is a bigger footprint than my old toaster oven but well worth it. I use it all of the time.

I have a love/hate relationship with peanut butter. I love it, but my pouch seems to hate it sometimes. I should just give it up but unfortunately I'm like my Dad there is no food in the house if you don't have cheese and peanut butter. Or so he used to tell my Mom.

QJB go for the remote start, I forget that I have it but if I lived in your climate I would definitely use it more often. I got a fancy radio with back up camera and the remote start installed at the same time. It was worth it.

I need to get back to work. Sending you hugs Melody what a sh*t show, sorry you are having to deal with it.

Have a great day everyone!

I can't say I am missing the cold. It is another beautiful day in Oahu. We are going to Pearl Harbor today and maybe to the beach afterwards. We had shrimp from a food truck last night. Very tasty and I think fairly healthy. There are tons of food trucks here with everything from shrimp to Thai to Mexican.

QOTD: Probably most items of clothing I want to buy. I REALLY don't NEED anything.

TSS: 5 years, 10 months

B: Coffee!!! Scrambled egg and cottage cheese

L: ?

D: ?

S: nut thins and cottage cheese or hummus and naan

I liked that Dole Pineapple trip the you did yesterday. We had some kind of logistical problem at Pearl Harbor, so I didn't get to go on the tour. We are staying near your area in March at Courtyard Oahu North Shore. Of course my youngest son said "do we have to go on a spring break?"

We drove by that hotel when we went to the food truck last night in Hauula (Aloha Shrimp). LOL on that age when our kids don't want to go anywhere with their parents!

Now that my daughter works full time, she realizes what a break parent sponsored vacations are and is always up for a family trip.

Hello,

Happy Tuesday everyone. Last week I experienced sudden, intense pressure around the pouch area that radiated to my back. I initially thought it was gas so I took some gas-x and took a walk. That did not help at all. I had nausea for a short while and gradually the intense pain went away. I thought it might be a stomach bug that was going around. Decided to do 24 hours of clear liquids. Although the pain was gone my stomach was still "twingie" when I ate or drank. Last night the same intense pain came back so I decided I needed to call the bariatric surgeon today. I am going for a gallbladder ultrasound this afternoon. Why dont they just automatically take the gallbladder-it is known that extreme weightloss can cause gallbladder irritation?? Anyway, overall today I feel ok but my tummy is still twingie with jus****er... It is funny the office told me to keep the food choices low-fat after the ultrasound ****il we get the results). I'm thinking "how much lower do you want me to go?" The only high fat thing I really consume is the half n half in my cold brew. Most days I consume
