I'll wait till you have yours and send pics of it on your countertop. When I measured it, it's so much bigger than the toaster oven. The depth kinda worries me. But I'll wait to see it on your counter.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

Julia a remote start is not a splurge in your neck of the woods it is a necessity. I think you should go for it. Fords now come with an app that automatically start from your phone. Just make sure the manufacturer of your car does not have that option available before you spend the money to have one installed. I just figured all producers of cars has this option available.

I have been forgetful lately and that is not me at all. Last week I went for my monogram and today I went to do blood work and I forgot my scripts on both occasions. Id this Covid fog? I am usually not a forgetful person. Hmmmm.

QOTD: I want a pea ice maker. The one that makes the little round ice that looks like peas. I don't know why I just love when I got to a restaurant and they have pea ice.

Accountability: Nailed it. Only because I had to fast but hoping I can stay on track again today.

Good morning, everybody!

I stayed up late watching football and then reading, so I'm running late today. It was a good game, I thought that Alabama might dominate, but I think that the injury to their wide receiver really hurt. I hate to see kids get hurt like that.

Also, I need to shower and shave before my 10:00 conference calls start up.

Has anybody tried the low carb bagels? I ordered this brand called Thinslim. Of course, I bought my salmon thinking that I could pick them up at Walmart, but they weren't in stock and had to be shipped. SO, I'm hoping that they arrive before the salmon go bad.

Although I have plenty of my own freshly caught salmon in a freezer, its too cold to go out and smoke it on the grill.

QOTD: Silly splurges are my life. I don't know how crazy we are getting, but GMT master ii comes to mind.

Breakfast: Chaffle

Lunch: Turkey

Dinner: TBD

Have a great day, all and stay warm!

I have been tempted to order from Thinslim. I'll be curious on how they are.

I will definitely report back. I just looked and one of the salmons expires 1/12, so I'm going to have to get creative on that one.

I have had thin slim products. I have not tried the bagels. One of my favorite thin slim products is Pizza Crust. I am anxious to hear what you think of the bagels.

I've had the thin slim bagels. The first one I thought was really good but honestly the ones after that, I lost interest. Toasting really dries them out, so light toast only or toast while frozen. A high broil might help too.

G'morning all!

Have you ever had a project hang over your head and you dragging your feet thinking this will take me forever? That was me yesterday. Out of curiosity I timed myself. 4 hours 50 minutes...but it was hanging over my head and my sanity for more than a year. But, new year new me...got it done. And now tackling another one of those "I don't wanna do it" projects to continue this week of productivity and cleansing my mind.

QOTD: after the last couple of years I think the only splurges I am looking forward to are trips and experiences. I don't want/need anything...just going away and seeing other places and visiting loved ones feel like a good way to spend $$.

My meals yesterday:

  • B: protein coffee
  • L: shredded chicken + cauliflower thins
  • S: L&F yogurt
  • D: mex cauliflower rice & shrimps
  • E: 5 miles jog

Happy taco Tue !

I need to move one of the beds out and change the screws on the headboard. Think I have had the new screws going on two years. It will take about an hour when I finally make up my mind to do it.
