Is there a Home Good close? Or even Hobby Lobby.

Nope, neither. But now that I know what kind of store to look for maybe I'll have more luck. I was looking at homedepot and Bed bath and beyond.

Closest one is about 1/2 hr away, if I can't find any at Marshall's or Ross, I'll go there.

QJB-

Ugh, freezing rain is the worst. We may be dealing with it this morning also. I hope you and Grimm start feeling better.

Good morning, everybody!

I made it through my week of CAMAW. I weighed in this morning at 239.2. That is probably more than 3.8 pounds off of what I reported last week because I hadn't weighed after the holidays.

As I noted last week, my goal is to maintain between 222-227, so I am looking to lose at least 15 pounds more, hopefully before April.

My clothes are starting to fit better and my blood sugar is much improved, so I am going to stick with this plan, but add some low glycemic foods (vegetables and nuts mainly in this week). Next weekend I have a wedding and will try and navigate that.

After the wedding, there is an online nutrition course on Crossfit.com that I am going to sign up for. I think that it is twelve parts.

Today is our last arctic day, thank goodness. Marilyn is home and all of the kids are where they belong.

Looking forward to the game tonight, although it may be an Alabama blowout.

QOTD: I know a lot of people, so I'm sure the answer is yes depending upon how widely that you draw the circle. My close friends and family have been enthusiastic to receive the vaccine and boosters. I am somewhat skeptical of masking, although in the opposite direction of most people. I wear a mask, but that is more Pascal's Razor than any firm belief that they work. I think that immunocompromised and elderly people should vaccinate and isolate and not rely on masks as a primary means of protection.

Breakfast: Ham and eggs

Lunch: Turkey burger

Dinner: TBD

Have a great day, all!

Thanks, Kelly!

I wasn't perfect, but I feel like I have my head back in the game.

As you know, it's not one week that matters, it's consistency over a long period of time that is required.
