Good morning! I'm cold over here and it's a balmy 46. I sure can't complain when I see your numbers, but hey, my blood is much thinner they say, right? Be warm people! I did great on my food yesterday, and kept my liquids to zero calories again. The scale doesn't act like I'm behaving, but my gut has been much happier. I'm going with that for keeping me on track for now. Today looks to be busy, my email is downloading like crazy as I type this.
QoTD: I do like blueberry in almost every brand. I try for the least calories/sugar and I like it on sale, because then I feel like I am adulting. I still haven't tried the chocolate orange I got. I think it's Chobani. But I will soon, it just sounds good to me.
Menu:
B: 1/2 slice meat loaf, 1/3 c cottage cheese
L: 1/2 cup chili and single serving bag of quest Nacho cheese chips. These aren't Doritos by any means, but a girl has to be willing to compromise.
D: the rest of the pulled pork, salad, a few potatoes bites and gravy
S: 2 squares Hershey sugar free dark chocolate minis. For 60 calories, I get a lot of pleasure from this snack. Though it's actually dessert. I love chopping the two squares into tiny pieces and slowly letting them melt on my tongue while watch tv.
Peace Everybody!

I do the same with my chocolate. It makes it last a long time. I have also opted to have one of my calcium supplements be a chocolate type, which I also take tiny tiny bites then melt it on my tongue to prolong the pleasure.

Mernin Errybody, happy Friday Eve!
QOTD - I used to looooove Skyr. It's so good! Now, since I don't do much dairy, I just buy HEB coconut/almond based, whatever flavor. I freeze it and add it to smoothies, so I don't really care much what flavor. I do miss Skyr tho.
Breakfast - coffee
Lunch- tofu scramble with refried beans, on a tortilla
Dinner - not sure, but something out
Have a great day y'all!

Let it begin with me.

Good morning, everybody!
Yesterday was my first double dip day (Crossfit in the morning and lifting in the afternoon) and as a result I slept in this morning. Nothing is sore though, just sleepy.
Is it just me, or is this a really long week. I know that a lot of people consider this the worst week of the year, but I've never considered it to be, usually its kind of low key with people still on vacation or doing year end close stuff that doesn't involve me.
My worst week of the year is generally caused by some random jerk that I didn't forsee.
Day 3 of CAMAW went smoothly for the most part. I noticed that my weight belt fit a little looser, which was encouraging.
QOTD: I haven't been eating a lot of yogurt lately, not by choice. It just fell out of the rotation. I like peach and raspberry.
Breakfast: sausage and cottage cheese
Lunch: Turkey
Dinner: Chicken
Have a great day, all!

Jim, have you guys received any notification about your son's college classes going online? We just received an email about my son's spring semester starting on Jan 19 that it will be virtual for two weeks and if all is good they will start in person on Feb 7! I hope it's only for two weeks. My son was telling me such a huge difference between in person and virtual. He sure did better when he was actually going to classes instead of attending them from his bed under the covers.
