Learning my new normal, one day at a time.
Good morning! It is our last cold one for a while as Mike snd I are at the airport checked in and waiting for our flight to Hawaii in about 90 minutes. We will be in warmth in anout 13 hours.
Yesterday my eating was pretty good - I am finding that eating brunch, a snack, then dinner is working well for me from a hunger standpoint. Since my portions are not large if I just make some healthier choices I could start losing some of my excess weight (25).
QOTD: I like Fage as well and am happy with the nonfat. But I had stopped eating it for a while because I was tired of it. I feel like I could go back again now though.
