Completed - 45 minutes lap swimming, jacuzzi massage
B- slice pizza
L- homemade Tom Ka Gai ( Thai coconut chicken soup ) with fresh peas, chicken meat , broccoli and carrots ( and a little leftover soup pasta n potatoes thrown in) . I make this largely fat free by substituting powdered milk and coconut extract for the lite coconut milk .
second course - homemade ( frozen ) very lean beef stew w carrots peas n potatoes.
dessert - a slice of home baked dark chocolate covered fruitcake
s- handful of jellybeans
D- nothings calling me so far - maybe some lime shrimp if I remembered to buy ****tail sauce or Peri-Peri roast chicken ( delicious Peruvian sauce )
S- . Maybe Caesar salad maybe fat free cottage cheese
