Awesome! I just looked up the molds on Amazon (from the link) and foudn a cool 2 layer one with handles. The video showed them using egg whites also. So of course, I ordered them - they'll be here Saturday. Looks like I'm making these on Sunday then. Can't wait to try them!

Hi Everyone,
One set of my resistance bands arrived yesterday for me to arrive. They were made more for the lower body then upper so some of the upper body exercises were difficult to complete. After I worked out I noticed that the other set had also arrived. I thought they were an exercise booklet due to the package they arrived in. I did like the workout with them though. I am using a short YouTube video to exercise with for now so I don't have to come up with my own routine.
QOTD: I use to donate to Goodwill until I saw a documentary that they are for-profit and pay their people poorly. I now donate to the local veterans thrift store. I need to look into a women's center to donate to.
