What's on your Wednesday Menu?
If it makes you feel any better I was 100% on point until covid and then it all fell apart. I still can't get it together

I don't love it everyday but I'm lucky that with both the elliptical and the rower I have enough variety at home to do what I need to. There are days when I literally go through the programs and pick the shortest, lol, but fortunately that's not every day!

Good Morning!
just another work day!
QOTD: first, I ask if any of my coworkers are interested.. it's always a 'if you don't like it just pass it on to someone else or donate it' otherwise I bring them to the local thrift shop.
menu is exact same as yesterday :)

It's good. I've technically worked here since July.. but now I'm full time.. we are short staffed and busy. All the patients have COVID.. I spend 90% of my day in an N95 scanning very sick people.. it's sad and unfortunate.. but it'll get better. I know it will!

QJB- Sorry that Grim and you are under the weather, especially on your third day.
QOTD: Being a bigger guy, I look for bigger guys on the street, especially in winter, and have no problem finding people who layer up. I have a really nice Carhartt jacket that I replaced but haven't found a good suitor yet. For household items, I use our local free box on Facebook neighborhood groups.
B: Dannon light and fit strawberry cheesecake, tangerine.
L: Costco run so I'm hoping they have chili lime shrimp.
D: 2 chicken skewers.
S: light string cheese
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Good morning everyone and happy Wednesday. I kept trying to post yesterday, but our internet was in and out all day. I loved the QOTD. I am 5 plus years out and the struggle is real. I loved seeing that I am not alone. I know I am too hard on myself.
We are snowed in and I am going house crazy! Our County is under a Weather Emergency. The roads are now clear, but I have so much snow in my driveway. I have a plow coming today, hopefully. Now we are under a flood watch. Good thing I live on a hill. I just worry about trees falling as we are thawing and it raining.
QOTD- I live in a small town. I have what I call a redneck garage sale. I just post on FB and put it all at the bottom of my driveway. People love it! For clothes, I donate to domestic violence or people that I know. I actually found a bag of my bigger clothes in the garage not too long ago. It was fun to look through them. It reminded me how far I have come. I had some cute stuff! I am thankful I am no longer a size 24.
Food for today-
scrambled eggs and ham
low carb taco
shaved beef, stir fried with vegetables. ( the shaved beef is from Trader Joes and I highly recommend, very versatile)
beef stick if needed
I am headed out to shovel after it gets light. I really miss my son being home during snow. He was the best shoveler. Cross your fingers that I bust out of here today!!
Have a great day and be safe everyone!
I still have 1 shirt and 1 pair of jeans I wore to my last appointment before surgery. They are quietly tucked away. I've only pulled them out 1 time since surgery. However I do still have and wear my 3x Levi Jean Jacket. I had the hardest time finding it in a large size so I have a hard time giving it up.
