What's on your Sunday menu?

Good Morning!
I started the day off with a shoulders/tricep/chest workout.. felt great. Now I'm meal prepping for the week.. my 'full time' line begins Tuesday.. but I work today afternoon shift. It's weird for me - I've worked two part time jobs for the last 5 years and while I worked (more than) full time hours - it's weird not being in control of my schedule (as a FT I can't say I'm 'not available') .. but working a pre-planned schedule with no short turn around is going to be nice.. I think..
QOTD: I really want to focus on developing and evolving my hobbies this year.. I'd like to work a lot more on my crafts and read more this year

Learning my new normal, one day at a time.
Good morning! Day one, 2022...I owned you! I did excellent on food and got in lots of zero calorie fluids. Day two, here I come. We have no plans again today, but my husband just read about some tide pools near us, and two pm is supposed to be prime viewing time, so we might do that. Other than that, I've got nothing on the agenda.
QoTD: I'd like to get more comfortable using my Cricut. I HATE paying Hallmark prices for birthday cards and such, so my goal is to cut out Hallmark and make all my own for 2022. My daughter got a Cricut for Christmas so, we are planning some craft days and she'll help my confidence. Also, I need to seriously cut down on blowing cash and keep saving. This year is bringing lots of scary and exciting changes.
I did the grocery shopping yesterday. Full fridge = happy Lisa. So I have lots of options.
B: hb egg and 1/4 c cottage cheese
L: if we are home, leftover chili.
D: I've got a gorgeous pork butt all seasoned and oiled and covered in onions about to go in the oven for a long slow cook. Tonight we'll have pork slices, cauliflower "mashed potatoes" and either roasted veggies or fresh tomatoes. There should be a lot of pork on my menu this week!
S: maybe the Chiobani chocolate orange layered yogurt I found yesterday. Just sounded good. 120 calories. Could be perfect.
