What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Hi Gang! Happy Tuesday! I can't believe I have less than a week before heading back to the land of the employed. I am mostly excited but definitely a little sad to give up the time I have had at home with Grim. We've had an awesome time, even though we didn't really "do" anything :)

Today I think we will finally get to celebrate Christmas with my family. My eyes are still a little yucky but definitely better than they were, so I will just be careful to wash my hands a lot. Late afternoon today I have a follow up appointment with the LASIK doctor, so they can check out my conjunctivitis symptoms while I am there and treat it, if needed.

QOTD: What food do you wish grew on trees? Mmmm, so many possibilities, but I would like a cheese tree. One that grows little mini-Bries, I think :)

I think the best reason to get back to work is to get onto a regular food schedule and to get away from the treats in this house! I keep starting out strong but just lose my mojo to stay on track. Yesterday was really off plan. Mom is making a fancy lunch. I am not 100% what the full menu is, but I wrote what she told me about:

B: Just coffee

L: Filet of beef; glazed carrots & Yorkshire pudding

S: Not going to pretend I am not having a few bites of dessert but I am not sure what it is!

D: Leftover Chicken Shawarma

Good mornin JB! Thanks as always for getting us started!

It's going to be a long long LOOOOOOONG day. I've been up since a little before 2. My left leg is hurting fairly badly. It is numb band also cramping a lot...like the entire leg.

No big plans for the day. I did go to Walmart yesterday and that was a mistake. So I'm going to be staying home for at least a few more days. We do have the kids for a while today.

QOTD: well the old cliché is money...but I think I'd like cheese as well. I think a Gorgonzola tree would be perfect!

no clue as to food. I need to get a grip.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

I will be happy when this training at work is over. It is so frustrating trying to learn a system that has been made very complicated. It is oracle based and they started developing it in 2000. I feel it is is so outdated and clumsy compared to what it could be. To be honest I don't even know if it will ever get up and running due to all the glitches. I will go through the motions just so I look like a team player, but I have to say I am not happy.

QOTD: Meatballs.

Accountability: Too many peanuts and pork rinds.

TSS: 4 years 16 days: 144.2 LBS, (Lowest 129.4)

B: Coffee with SF CM Pumpkin spice creamer

MS: Light and fit Creme Brule Greek yogurt and berries

CB: Coffee with SF CM Pumpkin spice creamer

L.2 Chicken snack select

D: Spinich bake and pulled beef

Exercise: 3.1-mile run (done).

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 3x a week

Everybody Have a great day.

Brightest Blessings

Chrissy

OMG is the L&F creme brule back out again? I think they were still on the pumpkin last time I checked. I'm headed to the store later this morning - I'll load up on the creme brule if they have it! I wish they'd make that one of their regular flavors!!

I hope that the new system gets all the kinks worked out soon. I'm glad to see you're able to get back to your running!

Thanks I have 3 days of Run in. I don't know how long it will take me to get back to where I was. Maybe the temperature has something to do with my time also. I just know I am still a little sore. Hopefully that will go away soon.

good morning! I hope your lasik Appt goes well; from afar they really seem to have dropped the ball. Have a great time with your family!

QOTD - I would like a cheese tree, that would be nice..but it would need to be easy care so I could grow it. My Meyer Lemon tree did not survive me.

I don't really have a plan for today; I have a massage this afternoon and I will get through my elliptical session but outside of that all things are TBD, including food.

Have a great day everyone!
