Boxing Day Planned Menu n Exercise

My ankle ( Thank God ) is looking and feeling a LOT better despite standing and moving around on it mercilessly cooking and baking for two entire days .
I don't know how professional chefs keep going ... I'm EXHAUSTED and so is my Mom who very kindly helped me .
Planned one hour lap swim this morning en famille ..hot spa Jacuzzi massage ... hopefully ( finally ) catch some vitamin D promoting rays ...maybe with a short walk on soft sand if the ankle can take it .
Early Breakfast- skinny Chai tea latte , perhaps a cold cut roll up with chutney
B after swim- fat free cottage cheese , toasted garlic clove bread , scallion greens . Tastes of pies, strudels.
s- fat free Greek yogurt w Splenda and berries w whipped cream or ice milk pop
L - Gotta get out ! Chinese or Southern food buffet hopefully
D- something lite maybe fat free coleslaw n watermelon
