Good morning all!

Weekend was good. I went to see a speaker and a Christmas party. The speaker was not very good but I'm still glad I got myself out of the house. The Christmas party was fun. There was Holiday Karaoke, cookie decorating and a few young uns to enjoy the fun. They ordered 3 pizzas that looked and smelled delicious. No pizza for me though. So many holiday desserts too but I stayed strong.

QOTD: I played organized soccer, basketball and baseball when I was young. I was a catcher in baseball and think the years playing may have contributed to my current right hip problems.

B: Greek yogurt in a cute little glass from imperfect produce that cost twice as much as my normal yogurt and was half as good. Banana.

L: Shrimp with ****tail sauce.

D: Chicken Salad and green beans.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Hello to Monday,

I also had a nice weekend. On Staurday DD and I went to a local brrrzar that had many local artists and small businesses. The only thing we bought was gourmet tea. DD has quite a large collection of teas that she drinks hot. I can't really differentiate between flavors for the most part so think tea is over-rated (except my passion and orange tazo I drin****d). We had fun looking around.

Last evening we went to a light display at a local park. They decorate about 1/2 mile with lights. I thought it was a drive through event. We had tried to go about a week ago but the line of cars was loooong and not moving so we left. Last night was the final night. It turned out that they had closed it to car traffice so we had to walk. Because I thought we were driving through it I didn't really prepare for cold weather nor did DD. She was only wearing a thin sweatshirt during the walk. The weather had been pretty cold and snowy. The roads slick and icey. The road department has been remiss in their duties to make the roads safe. Not super unusual here but usually the arterials are somewhat cleared and sprayed down with de-icer. I am hoping that the weather clears up before our drive to visit family for Christmas later this week.

QOTD: My dad taught basketball so during elementary school I played basketball. Later I joined the swim team. Once I was in junior high I didn't participate in sports. During my junior year I started weightlifting and powerlifting but never competitively.

B: Oikios greek yogurt with collagen, half n half with heavy cream and caramel drizzle

L: lettuce, 5 cherry tomatoes, 1 chicken skwer, ff french dressing

S: Chocolate PP

D: ground chicken chili

S: 100 cal bag popcorn

E: 30 min yoga, 30 min treadmill
