Hey Gang! Hope you all had a fantastic weekend! I decorated cookies for 12 hours a day on Saturday and Sunday. My hands are so cramped while I type this, but it was great fun! I was pretty good about not having too many bites along the way, but I won't pretend I ate well, either. I just ate whatever was convenient and quick, because I was so busy, and that included a lot of cheese and bacon. No really, a LOT.

Nothing much on the docket today. I will do a little more baking (I'm cranking out new cookie cutters on my printer like a maniac!). I would love to go to Trader Joe's but ugh... COVID is out of control here and I really need to just stay home so that I don't risk exposure to my parents on Christmas. I can't believe how many people I know who are positive right now! It's insane.

QOTD: Did you play sports as a kid? I played soccer all the way though elementary and middle school but I never like it at all and I was never any good at it. During the summer I was really active up at at camp. I did soccer, swimming, sailing, waterskiing, etc. I definitely prefer water sports :)

I think I am going to spend the day trying to detox from my weekend and stick to shakes today. I am not even doing it to try to lose weight fast... I just feel sort of gross and think I would feel better.

B: Protein Coffee

S: Fit Frappe Chai with Greek Yogurt

L: Cherry Cheesecake Shake (vanilla shake with SF cheesecake pudding mix and Torani cherry syrup)

D: Mint Chocolate Chip Shake

Happy Monday of a short week for many! I only have 3 days this week and it's a countdown for sure.

I had a good productive weekend; got some of the things I intended to done, relaxed a bit too. I am hoping that at least a few of my days off I will be able to sleep past 3 am though.

QOTD - little league with my cousins, I was in track a few years in jr high and played on the baseball team one year in HS.

Today is my busiest day at work this week; I have a before work pilates class, my bestie is dropping buy to do christmas gift exchange since she's up here for the day, and I do need to get back on track with my iFIT elliptical; I am not quite to halfway on the challenge so better step it up before I run out of time!

Menu today is

coffee plus half and half x 3

yogurt with museli

cheddar jalapeno sausage

taco meat plus cheese

Have a wonderful start to the week everyone!

Good mornin everyone!

I've been up for way to long already. Nerves have set in. I'm extremely nervous about the outcome tomorrow. I'm sick of surgeries lol. I know I'm facing another surgery in 2022. It's just a matter of which surgery it'll be. I'm pretty scared.

The kids will be over today. That should be a good distraction. I'm going to make them cinnamon rolls. I cheated and got frozen bread dough. I'll make a regular loaf of bread too. We're going to make 'em hamburger sliders for lunch. I'm going to stick to mostly liquids today.

I put up the cricut for a long while yesterday. I did finish some shirts for myself. One is an octopus taking down a ship and the other is the picture I'm attaching at the bottom. It's my favorite LOL

QOTD: not at all. I was pursued to play track and basketball(for being so tall). The closest I came was a year of recreational tennis.

food will be shakes and yogurt.

Melody,

Will you have to stay in the hospital overnight or is a same day procedure?

They said I'll be there 8-9 hours so it's a day procedure.

none of the hospitals are having big procedures here due to COVID-19 being out of control.

We saw this women at the Costco gas station yesterday and Marilyn asked me if she was really tall. I couldn't tell without perspective, so I measured her against the gas pump and then I measured myself, and she was at least 5-6 inches taller than me and i'm 6 feet.

Hope the kids are a good distraction today.

Staying distracted is probably a good idea. I hope all goes well tomorrow-will be thinking of you.
