Last nite a few unexpected food items jumped in my mouth - probably from pain and stress ? two ounces lowfat Armenian peppered string cheese, olives ( and bits of bread ) out of a 1/4 loaf of olive bread and four tiny commercial lowfat biscotti ( Cooper Street is the brand - at shop rite ) one gram fat per biscotti and real good .. yikes !
If I dont start FINALLY driving TODAY I swear Ill tear my hair out !!
After three days of wrangling insurance and a nine hour torture in the incredibly crowded COVID-dangerous emergency room I finally got the necessary walking boot to actually put weight safely on my ankle .
It still hurts a LOT to walk or even stand but driving is sitting ( but very uncomfortable).
I cant ( physically) clean out the car but I am cleaning out the fridge, freezing what I can and cooking the rest of the perishables to take with me.
Im very frustrated but thats hardly new .
Takeaway menu ( hopefully will stay good until FL - where hopefully withParents we can also enjoy some dishes as a family .
Georgian beef goulash with parsnips and carrots .
Roasted fresh Brussels sprouts ( snack ) with sesame oil and everything seasoning .
Oven fried Cajun catfish.
Homemade fat free Tabouleh salad made with orange juice ( no oil) fresh tomatoes and parsley and tangerine pieces
Greek salad ( stuffed grape leaves fat free feta cheese blue cheese crumbles fat free blue cheese dressing, marinated artichokes ) with fat free blue cheese dressing
Beef eye round Satay marinated grilled skewers . Peanut / coconut sauce ( very low fat )for dipping
Grilled Oriental eggplant snow peas lotus root and bamboo shoots in spicy Sechuan ( fat free) garlic/ bitter orange sauce and satay
Grilled baby asparagus tips with fat free Bearnaise sauce for dipping
grilled zucchini spears in homemade Marinara sauce
snack - one commercial small cinnamon roll ( 3 grams fat too much sugar )
L- tasting
D- 1/2 commercial roast beef sandwich w provolone n mustard on ciabatta ( half the bread removed)
Late nite snack ( got back from shopping at 10:30 ! ) chicken breast meat ( one piece fried but skin and breading removed ) w ketchup and fat free barbecue sauce
