What's on your Monday Menu?
Mernin' errybody, Happy Monday!
QOTD - I have a really small family, so even when we get together, it's not big.
Breakfast- oatmilk latte and some chocolate donettes. I'm eating my feelings. I have lots of feelings. It's ok, I'm acknowledging them and will be ok.
Lunch - leftover brunch burrito from Snooze. That thing was MASSIVE but delicious and I just couldn't leave it sad in the fridge. It's got black beans, cheese, hashbrowns, tofu, soyrizo, pico, just all the yummy stuff!
Dinner - probably veggie soup with a couple of corn tortillas and vegan cream cheese. Just sounds good and warm.
I hope you all have a great day!

Let it begin with me.

Ha, yes our "big" get togethers are embarrassingly small compared to most families.
That burrito sounds fun!

Mornin' All!
Aqua Zumba this morning, then possibly biking this afternoon. It's going to be in the high 40s F the next couple of days, then in the 60s on Wednesday! High 40s is OK for biking as long as it's not windy (only 4 MPH today) and I dress warmly, so I'll probably go for it...it'll likely be the last couple of times I can do it for awhile. Not much else going on with me...
QOTD: that would have been Thanksgiving or Christmas in 2019, I think (as in...pre-COVID).
B: a cup of cottage cheese with 3 T cranberry/cherry compote, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: yogurt pie? (I've been putting this on the menu for days now and still haven't had it - I will today since the stuff is starting to get old...)
AS: protein muffin
D: probably an egg salad or miso/chickpea sandwich on 35-calorie bread
have a great day, everyone!
Good morning, everybody!
Now, I'm just full on sick. Sore throat, congestion on one side tired, burning eyes, coughing o' the green. Well, at least it will be good for my weight this week. My replacement home COVID test, came so I have that in future emergencies.
I had two conference calls yesterday, one first thing in the morning, which I'm sure didn't help things.
DS has just one final left. Marilyn will fly out Wednesday morning and they will drive home to Chicago. DD comes in next Monday. Hopefully, I am pretty much over this by then.
QOTD: Good question. I think summer 2019.
Breakfast: protein bar
Lunch: brisket
Dinner: TBD
Have a great day, all!
