What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

G'morning all!

QJB - I feel like we are all virtually celebrating your last day at your job. I hope it's a smooth day and you finally get to enjoy some well deserved time off until the new year.

QOTD: I never got the runny nose a lot of people speak of. My symptoms are all after the fact, unless you consider being stuck a "full" symptom. I'm 4.5 years out and I get stuck with very dense protein, or if I go off plan and have some rice with some sort of sauce. 2 spoonfuls and I'm DONE! That thing stays there for hours. The other symptom of course is dumping due to my love-hate relationship with sugar. I love it but then I dump and we hate each other for a while until I try again.

Last night I couldn't sleep and read the whole Internet. There was an article about people finding out scandalous secrets after doing their dna test. I couldn't stop laughing when I saw this gem.

My meals yesterday:

• B: protein coffee
• L: grilled salmon with a side of asparagus
• S: epic chicken
• D: mex cauliflower rice + ground Turkey
• E: 30 minutes cardio + 60 minutes weight training

I was envisioning my bariatric surgeon

Mine surgeon was pretty handsome, so not a stretch!

Whenever Cara talked about Dr. Billy, I always thought it was his first name and was dumbfounded that an adult, never mind a surgeon would call himself Billy. I thought it was something a character in an Adam Sandler movie would do. It was years before I learned it was his last name.

Dr. Billy is a handsome guy. My surgeon was a nerdy version of him.

I was gonna ask if you and Cara had the same surgeon, being in the same area. But I guess not. Although I did look up her surgeon and he wasn't that cute, IMHO.

Nope not the same surgeon. I thought he was cute. To each, her own!

I know several Billys, Johnnys, Bobbys, Tommys who are grown and successful humans. Is that unusual?

Does anyone call you Jimmy?
