It's hard to tell from the picture, but that grey mat is actually a serving vessel.

Good morning Queen JB and Menuers,

I am so happy for you QJB. 2 more days till time off . I hope you have the kind of Holiday you deserve.

This new system we are learning is not easy. I'm not going to get into details just it has been being created since 2000 so there's lot of old technology that makes it antiquated for what it is. As long as I can figure out how to enter orders and do returns I should be ok. We have 2 more weeks of training and I think we go live the week between Christmas an new years. Fingers crossed.

QOTD: I love homemade ham and bean and my family's version of wedding soup. But when I first had my surgery no one could really say how it fit in a WLS patients diet. You know with the no liquid when you eat thing. So I do not eat it as often as I did pre surgery.

Accountability: Way to many peanuts and pizzellas.

TSS: 3 years 11 Months 28 days: 141.8 LBS, (Lowest 129.4)

Woo Hoo for two more days. I know you can make it JB.

I'm out at noon today and then off until next Wednesday. Plus have the entire week after Christmas off.

QOTD: Love soups. I made a French Onion for Thanksgiving. I'm making Italian Wedding Soup this Sunday for my wedding anniversary. But my favorite soup is wonton soup.

I've had coffee so far today, but not sure what foods will be had. I have a dentist appointment at 1:30 and might go to this seafood market near there to get some fish and steamers.

Good morning~ Love big orange kitty!! I hope mine lives forever Here's to 2 more days!!!!!

I was up early this morning and on the treadmill touring the City of London, which is actually the financial district. As much as I like these tours, I was getting bored when we came upon Leadenhill Market or Harry Potter's, Diagon Alley! Tons of pubs, pretty cool and it got my head back in the game. Anyway, It was cool to see all the pubs everywhere else, too. The patrons are allowed to drink outside, standing around on the sidewalk and on the street with their pints. No cordoned off or café style designated areas. Lots of smokers, too. Where I live, it is super rare to see anyone smoking in public. I ended up going longer than usual which was nice considering I almost abandon the tour altogether.

It rained all night and is supposed to rain all day. We need it. It's nice to have lower temps to enjoy my sweaters and boots! Since gaining weight, I am back to running hot. I miss being cold all the time honestly, I can fix that with cozy layers. It's much harder to stay/keep cool.

QOTD - I love soup! I'm weird though. I prefer my own homemade, but I grew up on Campbells condensed soups and when I am sick, nothing else will do. Give me chicken noodle, tomato, vegetable, minestrone, bean with bacon, split pea or their creamy soups with a TON of saltines and I'm in comfort heaven. I love TJ's red pepper tomato better than Campbells though. I'm not a fan of any other canned soup brand. I make my own Pozole, chicken tortilla, chicken and dumplings, beef stew, split pea, navy bean and ham also. YUM. Now I want soup!

b- coffee, egg bites

l-chicken bites, colby jack cheese stick, 2, 15 cal tortillas, hot sauce

d-Chicken and salad w/TJ's fat free balsamic

s- whisps, protein bar

Have a great day!

They usually run for the month and it's rarely more than 15 workouts..the Everest one was 18 but that's the longest I've done!

Apparently I am magnet motivated:-). I am two days into the 12 days; first day was a tour of the Hagia Sophia, second was a Christmas walk from grand central to Rockefeller center; I think the next up is a castle walk in Spain.

I can see why that would be motivating. It is like collecting t-shirts for different running events.
