I have zero HR formal training. So I am all about learning as we go and googling the hell out of current laws! I sent the aggressor home until Monday, and we moved the desk of the other one so they are not sitting near each other and escalating the situation. But just ugh! Thanks for the support!

Good morning, everybody!

I have to take Marilyn to the Dermatologist to have a minor procedure this morning. For me, I kind of feel like going to the Dermatologist is like walking into a car repair shop and asking if there is anything that needs fixing - of course they will find something to do. But for her, I want the best care.

Other than that, I'm still kind of behind on my workout schedule for the week, so will try and spend a good amount of time in the gym to try and get caught up.

OK, the pie store was amazing. You guys should of smelled it. I got Marilyn a small pumpkin a small apple and a large Banana Cream. I had a little piece of Banana Cream, but felt like I was headed towards dumping, so probably won't have any more. I may try the apple though.

It sounds like Matt knows the history better than me but the baker formally worked for the head chef at Alinea (of which I posted pictures a couple of years ago.)
