What's on your Thursday Menu?
If you can't find it text me; the lower drawer of my freezer is full of it.
We can meet half way for the "goods"!
Seriously though, I feel like I have stumbled upon the best combo of protein and low carb that actually satisfies the taste buds.

Thanks for having my back!! I ended up changing my lunch plans and had chicken bites w/Mexican 'rice' again today. You are so right, you can't beat the macro bang for satisfaction. I put salsa on it today, it was fabulous - so addictive!!

Good morning. Last work day of the week for me. I need out of here. Yesterday, two of our girls (women?) got into a huge fight and it took me and my other manager to break it up -- then to deal out consequences. A very ugly scene in a really small company and the emotional toll is very high. I'm still reeling from it. I don't usually think I eat my feelings, but last night dinner was 1.5 glasses of wine, 2 chicken nuggets and the topping from one slice of pizza. Because, by the time I got home, there was no chance I was cooking, so I asked the hubs to order something up. Those are the options I got, and I made the best of what was in front of me. Then I took a half a xanax. The wine and xanax burned off at 2 am, so I have been up replying yesterday's explosion since then.
On to surviving today -- and getting everyone back on an even keel.
QoTD: I love soup. I make a killer version of a NYT recipe for Chicken artichoke stew and could eat it all winter long. The Italian wedding soup I had yesterday for lunch filled me up for hours. Lot's of broken up meatballs in it, so it was pretty protein dense. I too struggle with is this food or liquid, but I don't choose soup too often, so I am ok with that balance. Oh, the hubs pretty much hates soup. So that also helps me from making it much. But some days, you just need soup/stew!
Menu:
B: TJ eggwich
L: leftover pork chop (TJ's has the BEST frenched cut pork chops ever I think. And pretty reasonable priced. Sorry Mel!)
D: either chicken legs that I need to cook, or left over chicken thigh and the hubs can cook up the steak I got him. I think today is a good day for roasted butternut and yellow squa****'s supposed to rain all day here.
Peace Everyone.
Are they even aware that they kept you from checking out the Heitz sale?

Yes Visine in a drink gives explosive diarrhea quickly. Bar Tenders use this trick to get rid of annoying customers. I think the formula was changed in the early 90's so you can't do it anymore.
