Wendesday Menu n Exercise

Today is a relax-a-cat-day.
Im exhausted and cant seemingly remember when I wasnt working seven days a week fourteen hours a day lol.
Brunch - a piece of Stew Leonards whitefish Francais with homemade lemon-fat free half n half and fat free butter solids sauce . I also tried a recipe for Saag ( no paneer) which is basically Indian spiced creamed spinach with onion, garlic, ginger and tomato ( and butter and cream which I of course make fat free ) ? this is a tricky dish and I didnt much care for my version YET. The tree spinach ( Mehti in Hindu ) turned out very gummy like okra ? so definitely it should be largely ? real ? spinach lol. Cook n learn !
snack - Chai tea latte and a few jellybeans.
Dinner- homemade fat free lasagna . So messy and took HOURS to bake in the toaster oven . Never trying that again lol!
Snack- kumquats
