Monday Menu n Exercise

Last nite?s Christmas concert was fun - had a few drinks and a big plate of fried calamari appetizer.(which went through me just like it was supposed to )
Afterwards went for a long walk with a Wall Street dude talking architecture and finance . Walked about two miles in heels ( that counts like ten in sneakers right ? )
I finally found the boxing gym ( yesterday was a wash ) so I?ll be starting working on the bags there and jumping rope at 8:30. Trying to find an open hot yoga studio for later.
Early Breakfast - shrimp ****tail , fat free homemade mushroom pea soup
Snacks while out - Japanese hot tiny rice crackers ( fat free ) some blackberries, some jellybeans.
Late lunch / early dinner homemade virtually fat free meatloaf ( made from freshly ground beef eye round and pork with all visible fat removed) , escarole and bean soup and Russian chopped winter salad ( carrots, peas, cabbage, potato and beets ) . Hot chai tea latte w ff half n half .
Will probably snack on an skinny cow ice cream sandwich later on and eat a salad with fat free dressing . Might make fresh asparagus soup or saag paneer from fresh Indian tree spinach leaves ( bought a huge bag full yesterday) minus the paneer ( homemade cheese) and the fat
