Good morning! Woke up with a low grade headache and a sore hand. Like WTH? Tylenol in, fake coffee being consumed, in position at work to manage three desks, three emails, all my regular stuff and a partridge in a pear tree. Let's do this thing!

I made a great dinner last night, then the hubs and I got into a rip roaring fight (40+ years of marriage isn't always easy) -- so we went to separate corners and no Seal Team for me. Tonight we are having an old friend over for wine and pizza. Should start out the weekend nicely. And a busy weekend it should be.

QoTD: I hate exercise. I love to get out on my e-bike and just don't have enough opportunity yet. That will hopefully improve with retirement. I also love to go for walks. And I enjoy yoga. But heart thumping, sweating exercise, yuck. I know I have to get better about it. Feels like a 2022 goal.

Menu:

B: 1/4 c cottage cheese with the last of the chicken salad. This has been SO filling, but 4 days in a row is boring.

L: same as yesterday, leftover maui rib, roasted veggies, kale salad. So yummy

D: ordering pizza, and I may eat some topping to feel part of the crowd. But I've got a nice piece of chicken in the fridge for a real bit of protein. And there will be wine.

My photos are from our trip to Cabo last week. Fancy dinner night was the best and if any of you ever go -- check with me for the restaurant. Chef's menu, all tasting sizes, all to die for.

Good Morning JB and Menuers,

You should be compared to Mother Teressa with the way you handled yourself at your Job. I always thought Saint but I'll go Mother Teressa.

OK back in the office and out of Covid lockdown. I feel reborn. Not really I am just glad to be back in the office it make life so much easier. I also have a way over due manicure appointment at lunch I am looking forward to.

QOTD: I love me a morning run but look forward to my Saturday Hitt workout at a make shift gym in a storage unit. The owner and husband are super motivating.

Accountability: I ate a few windmill cookies with peanut butter. Why I do not know because I still can not taste.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 3x a week

Mother Teresa was canonized in 2016 so she is a saint, so you get a two for one! Hope you get your taste back soon; I would hate that.

Good morning all~ Love me some Matthew and LOVE the height chart!! The fact that Danny DeVito is taller than you just blew me away! I mean, I knew you were little but that is just adorable! Had a pretty good day yesterday. Instead of snoozing the precise 3 times before getting out of bed, I turned my alarm off this morning. When I realized this, I jumped out of bed, got ready and raced to work. I got to work an hour early, doh! I was on autopilot for my old routine, pre treadmill. No worries I have plenty to do. I am off at noon then getting a mani/pedi. Tonight we are watching Christmas movies. Getting our tree tomorrow and decorating the house, finally. And tons of football all weekend - shocker!

QOTD - I prefer to workout solo, except outdoor hiking - I love to hike with a partner. I LOVE my treadmill with ifit, I can do any level I am game for. I want to get back to running shape (current achy dough ball here) and I absolutely love to swim. Group things are not my thing although I do love Pilates. So - walk, hike, run, swim and I need to add Pilates back in there.
