Good morning, heading into a day of lots of meetings and following up with grown-ass adults on a missed deadline (I am VERY annoyed about this, as you can tell) - but my parents arrive today for this week's childcare and I can't wait. Honestly, why did we ever abandon multi-generational living here in the States?

8:30 - coffee, egg bites

11:30 - protein shake, fruit

2:30 - yogurt, chia seeds, veggies

6 - beef and lentils meal

8:30 - almonds, rice cake, PB

Good morning QJB and menu folks.

I was out of the office on time last night and at the gym by 4:45 pm, one hour workout and home by 6:15. I thought the premade emal we had picked up at Costco was Chicken Piccatta, it was actually Marsala. We did not care for it. Tonight we are having Beef stew in the crock pot, Celery, Onions, carrots and turnip, I work 5 minutes from my house so will go and turn it on at 9 am for an 8 hour slow cook....yum....

Good morning, everybody!

After days of sleeping lousy, I have finally knocked out close to eight hours for the last two nights. Which is awesome, except that it is 8:04, I'm not showered or dressed and I am due in the office at 9:00. Oh, and traffic is always at least an hour and a half. Fortunately, nobody else is likely to be in the office to see how late I am. But if you have to take a 10:30 conference call from your car, you are slacking.

I could switch my day in the office from Wednesday to Thursday, but I think that we are going to get our Christmas tree tomorrow. I would like to have it up in time for the weekend.

Is Amy on vacation this week?

Good morning! Ramping up today to cover for TWO teammates for the next 4 days. Happy they get to go off on vacation, so the struggle will be worth it for them to recharge. Yesterday was a bit too chill for me. Slow days make me kind of cranky. And I thought about food a lot yesterday. I did over eat my calorie goal, but today is a new day. I've got not much fun on the agenda. Tonight is our weekly dinner with our friend, Kevin. I'm totally boring today!

QoTD: Quiet, soft spoken, conservative, teetotaler who is into hiking, power lifting and running marathons.

Menu:

B: 1/4 c cottage cheese, 1/4 c Trader Joe's chicken salad (so filling!!!)

L: left over thigh meat and sweet kale salad

D: "Maui" ribs, cauliflower rice and roasted bell peppers, onions and mushrooms.

Peace Everyone!
