QOTD - I'm always vigilant about not drinking until 30 minutes after a meal. Ask me in another week and I may have a much better answer to this.
Breakfast- oatmilk latte (homemade)
Lunch - spinach salad, with strawberries, blueberries and candied pecans, no dressing (its my fave from a local restaurant) and huge
Dinner - tofu scramble, on corn with veggies
I'm taking a small break from fasting. It's messing with my ED, and I need a small break.

Good morning! Waiting now for the Covid test to be administered so we can all fly home today. We all feel great, so not too worried. A little anxious though. Because I wouldn't be me if I didn't find something to worry about. Looking forward to being home. I haven't gone off the rails once, but little indulgences are adding up. Looking forward to some clean eating this week. And very happy I planned for that before I left.
QoTD: vitamins and protein grams. Nail it every day. But I need to pay more attention to the other basic rules and will put effort into it this week.
Talk to you guys when I am back in America! (Which I hope is this evening! Fingers crossed).

I Understand the worrying, we returned from a week in the Dominican on 11/13, the wait for a negative test result was a new experience and added worry.

JB, good luck today! Don't confuse normal emotions about change with any desire to stay in what has been an unhealthy work situation.
We had a wonderful weekend with all of the children home. DS got in Monday, and DD got in Wednesday evening. Thursday we had Thanksgiving dinner. Friday we went out to dinner as a family. Saturday, the kids cooked and we watched the college football games. Yesterday morning we drove the kids to the airport and spent the day recuperating.
Work is getting back into the swing of things kind of slowly, so my goal today is to get my car oil changed. I do it at the dealer, so it always takes longer than an express lube situation. But if I can knock that off today, it will free up a big chunk of weekend. In general, I am trying to sneak as much personal stuff into the workweek as possible.
I am doing an informal weightlifting meet at our gym, December 18th. But its formal enough that it has a weigh-in. So, I have to get my head back into the game. Which transitions nicely into QOTD.
QOTD: Basically, everything except the whole "putting food into my mouth thing". Exercise, hydration, vitamins I am all over.

I thought I'd jump on and tell you I joined a CrossFit gym last week. I started a new job and it's 5 minutes from my job. Still have my garage gym too.

Good morning everyone and happy Monday. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. My son was not able to be home. Military life isn't always an easy life, especially on us Moms. Funny story about Thanksgiving. I did all my prep on Wednesday, I just had to cook the turkey and make the gravy on Thursday. I have not been sleeping well, so I was up at 3 am and had a great idea to put the turkey in. Everything was done by 9 am. So, we had Thanksgiving breakfast.
QJB- Good luck today and don't let them guilt you. I am excited for your new chapter that is closer to home.
QOTD- I am vigilant with my vitamins. I need to be better about tracking my food and sticking to 3 meals a day. Also, I need to quit drinking wine. It's becoming too easy to have a glass or two. I am never going to reach my goals if I continue down this road. I also feel like it adds to my sleep issues and my anxiety.
I am headed to work to decorate for Christmas. We close for the last 2 weeks and I am looking forward to that.
Food plan for today-
Egg bites. ( Does anyone know if we can freeze these? I overbought)
Ricotta bake with italian sausage, zucchini and spinach
Hello Fresh or Chicken with zuchinni
Lots of water and hot tea. I have taken a break from coffee. My goal for today is not to watch the news, stay off of Facebook and surround myself with happy things and thoughts.
