What's on your Monday Menu?

Hello Gang! Welcome to Monday! I had a lovely few days off. It was kind of a crash and burn from the last few months of stress. Between work and my eyes, it's been a heck of a few weeks, so it was nice to really just collapse in the few days after Thanksgiving. I watched a bunch of Hallmark movies (yay!) and did a bunch of little things around the house but nothing big or stressful at all. We had a lovely day with family on Thursday, too!
So today is the day that I give my 2 weeks notice. YIKES. I am oddly nervous about it, just because I really do care about the work and the people and I hate disappointing people. But in the end it will be an excellent opportunity for me, so I just need to stay focused on the good.
QOTD: What aspect of post WLS life are you nailing right now? I certainly don't do everything right, but I definitely have a great routine down about my vitamins :)
I feel like I have recently "hacked" my surgery and instead of just getting full and stopping, I have been stopping before I get full, waiting a few minutes, then eating again... What am I doing?? I am going to go back to 3 meals a day and cut it out with this stupid grazing!
B: Protein Coffee & TJ's Eggwich
L: Last of the Thanksgiving Leftovers!

Good mornin everyone. Wishing you strength today JB, I get what you mean as I'm the same way. I'm still just so happy for you with the new job!
My weekend was ok. As I mentioned Saturday I've got a cricut explore 2. So I've been cutting things a lot! I'll include a pic of the first gift I've made. I still have a lot to learn and do but I love it. I'm attaching a photo of the gift at the bottom of my post.
I'm not feeling very good. Pain wise and allergy wise. Just feel like I'm dragging. All the left overs are frozen or thrown out. Not a lot we HAVE to do today. We have the kids after school of course. I'm extremely tired. Sleep has been crappy.
QOTD: pretty much nothing at all. Well I am taking my vitamins so there is that I guess. Stress has been getting the best of me.
B: JUST egg, cheese and coffee
L: maybe a protein shake or bar
D: hamburger patty, vegan mayo, tomato and ???
S: ???

Good Morning!
I feel like I'm being breadcrumbed.. that new opportunity was supposed to start this week, but they pushed it to next week as they still haven't interviewed everyone/made a selection of candidates.. the moment I give up hope they feed me another bread crumb.. hoping this leads somewhere but in my heart I feel that it won't. Good news though, at this time next week I'll be waking up on an island where it's not -5 outside..
