The new tv is proving EXTREMELY difficult to set up and the additional electric burden on a VERY old pre-World War two apartment that's never been renovated or upgraded electronically blew the fuses in the entire apartment 3 times in ten minutes when I tried to vacuum! Grrr

Food didn't go exactly as planned yesterday- I had an opportunity to buy fresh made tamales passing through Sunset park ( there are these little bicycle street carts early mornings on weekends selling the most delicious fresh family made foods - one of the culinary of New York City ) - so I simply couldn't pass it up . Ate most of a chicken verde tamale and a few bites of a chicken mole for brunch w delicious fresh Mexican spiced hot chocolate.

It was freezing out and I had to shop for TV accessories to get a picture at all ... so walking around stores ( and wrestling with the giant box and putting on the feet without destroying the TV ) was my exercise.

snack -mixed salad w fat free thousand dressing and fresh pickles

Dinner was a few pieces of sushi and a bit of fresh chicken soup followed by a skinny cow ice cream sandwich and a couple of ginger snap cookies ( which are super low fat low sugar and delicious! )

today for early breakfast I'm heating up a half eggplant parmigiana and meatball sub w fresh mozzarella and basil and I made a fat free vodka sauce to dip it in .

Made some fresh tabouli salad for lunch and plan bites of barbecued ribs , Caribbean rice n peas and bites of jerk chicken for dinner along w fat free homemade coleslaw ( I use fat free ranch dressing and a bit of salt n pepper )

Hope to walk down by the shore around noon when it's warmest ... we're really going through a rare deep freeze right now even in the city .
