Thanksgiving exercise and menu

It's beautiful weather here in New York City so I went out for a walk and lite food shopping this morning and amazingly walked a whole hour and a half !
planned menu is a bit untraditional: my family is still in Hungary so I'm by myself.
Breakfast was Chinese Lemon Chicken with preserved middle Eastern lemons and preserved sour Japanese plums ( which really complement each other) and several cups of chai ginger tea with fat free milk .
I'm roasting a small piece of squash ( with seeds ) and sometime during the day plan to make my favorite Thai chicken/ coconut soup Tom Ka Gai but as a vegetarian version with fresh zucchini eggplant scallions .
I also may snack on homemade fat free tortilla chips ( I use cheap Mac and cheese seasoning to make them taste authentic) with fresh salsa .
