QJB- no wonder your job is unsustainable if on your sick day you work 15 hours to catch up. I hope you can go back to your old job and have more humane hours. Although even in the past your job was crazy. Your district just asks too much of you guys.
QOTD: I'm Italian, need I say more? On our family WhatsApp group chat if one of us uses a less enthusiastic tone all the others pipe up and ask if help is needed. If I mention a slight headache I get input from 5 different people about how to cure it and my mom even offers to call DH to tell him how to take care of me. Yes, my family is the most overbearing but also most supportive, and my main cheerleaders. Next is my husband. And then the group of friends I have here in US. I am a very very lucky woman.

Haha! I'm impressed too! Every other day (on my jog days) I need to hype myself up, because it's not my favorite type of workout.

Mernin' errybody, Happy Friday Eve!
QOTD - My husband. My youngest daughter Madi. My sister. My work wife Veronica. I have a pretty damn great network of women in my life, ranging from my yoga teacher Stacie to my mother in law and I feel very fortunate.
Breakfast - fasting, so hot black coffee
Snack - coffee with cream, Nutrigrain bar (broke fast at 17 hours)
Lunch - not sure, something veggie and warm. It's cold here. Ended up with a beautiful spinach salad, with blueberries, strawberries, candied pecans and blue cheese. I didn't even need the dressing! Then got back to work and Veronica, work wife got me a small chocolate cheesecake. So posting here for accountability
Snack - I had a f*cking twinkie
Dinner - we have kids, so pizza for them. I ordered a veggie pizza for me.
I feel like a failure today not gonna lie. Sugar got me today. I'm so tired of beating myself up about the sugar. But tomorrow is another day, that will definitely start with me on the scale, yet again.
I'm down two lbs! (WAS down)
