Whats on your Wednesday Menu?

Hey Gang! Happy Hump Day! This has been an extremely long week already, and I just can't seem to keep up with everything I need to (mostly with work, but also in life). I am strongly considering calling in sick today so that I can work for 15 hours straight without a commute or too many meetings. Not sure if I will be brave enough to do it, but I can't take another day feeling so behind on everything! Plus my eyes are still really bothering me, so it wouldn't be a lie at all to say I need the day to rest them.
QOTD: Are you personally feeling the supply chain issues? The grocery store closest to our house has had nearly bare shelves for months now. I have no idea how they are staying afloat--we've had to start shopping elsewhere... Plus Grim is in the middle of rewiring the house (yes again, lol) for new mini-splits and he keeps getting delayed because its hard to find the supplies he needs.
Yesterday was a blur. Did I eat? I think so. Today's menu depends on whether I go in or not. If I stay home I think I have some things in the freezer to cook up. But if I go in, I will have the usual grab and go menu!

Good morning everybody!
JB, I sure wish that local job that was on hold opens up for you.
I?m headed home in a couple of hours. This should be it for my year of traveling. I?m looking forward to being a homebody for a bit.
My gym clothes remain untouched in my drawer, victim to the wine bar and my boss being here. When I?m working out in my cold dark garage tonight I will be kicking myself for not going while I could.
I have a CASA Board meeting tonight as well.
QOTD: There are certain things we can?t get, like whipped cream. Marilyn has a list that she watches out for. Oh, I forgot Marilyn's car!!!
Breakfast will be ham and eggs, the rest of the day airplane fare.
Have a great day, all!

Good Morning!
After two whole days off, I feel energized and ready to tackle the rest of the week. I'm asking you all to cross your fingers and toes for me - an amazing opportunity has come up at one of my places of employment and I of course applied for it. The employer is willing to send 10 people through school, including full time pay for both the learning portion and the clinical placement, and upon successful completion of the national exam you also get a full time job. This is like winning the tech lotto! I want it so badly. Interviews start today, and we should know I hope soon after.
QOTD: not particularly - our stores seem to be pretty well stocked & I haven't been unable to find anything I've been looking for.
b: fairlife gingerbread latte, egg whites, cheddar, salsa, avocado
S: Greek yogurt
l: chicken sausage, peppers, onions
S: babybel cheese & crackers
d: tbd - I'm solo tonight so maybe same as lunch
e: todays a cardio day. I've started doing 2 upper days a week and 2 lower days a week + one dedicated cardio day. I am starting to see such nice muscle definition in my arms and shoulders - this is such a new and great feeling!
