What's on your Wednesday menu RNY'ers?
Good morning, everybody!
This week seems to be going fast and slow. On the one hand two days have gone by, but on the other, the weekend seems far away.
My computer is super slow again this morning. Lots of multi-coloured pinwheels spinning around while I wait. I finally gave up and switched to my phone.
I looked at my calendar and boy, the year is getting short. I'm in Florida for training next week, then it's Thanksgiving already.
QOTD: Have you done any traditional fall activities? I went to a football game with my daughter, that's about it. No pumpkins, apple picking etc.
breakfast: egg sandwich
lunch: steak
dinner: Hello Fresh
Have a great day, all!

hey everyone
seems comcast had a huge outage this week so people were struggling to work. I was struggling with internet lol.
good news is I ate all the salmon i had leftover. mushed it up added egg whites and a bit of breadcrumbs and put in the counter skillet. it turned out pretty good. I didn't eat all the brussels. I think i like them best when they are shaved in a salad or covered with parm...

Yes! I thought I was going to have a bunch of Comcast internet refugees at my dining room table yesterday - we have Verizon so we were up - but it came up just in the nick of time!

Yay Wednesday and the half way point!
QOTD - not really but I am enjoying the lovely long fall we're having this year. We didn't get a crazy early freeze this year so the colors have been gorgeous, but it's starting to be cold more than it's not!
I have a light meeting day today so should be able to get some actual work done which is always nice.
menu today
sausage links
deli turkey and cheese slice
tbd on dinner
have a great day everyone, Friday is just over the horizon!

Good morning! We went to a little Halloween street fair sort of thing on 10/30. Even though I shared the event invite with DH, he somehow thought we were going to a pumpkin patch and was very disappointed when there was no apple slingshot or pumpkin tossing - oy. But that's been about it as far as fall traditions so far. I might try to squeeze in apple picking... if it isn't too late?
"TSS: 2794 days (according to google)

11:30: yogurt with chia seeds, carrots
2:30: protein shake, apple
6: chicken with peanut sauce
8:30: rice cake with pb, almonds
I've been trying to focus on getting more steps in recently but it's so hard on the days I'm WFH. Anyone have any favorite tips? Yesterday I did an indoor walk with YouTube at lunch time, which definitely helped, but is a bit boring. /'

I use the iFIT app, they have great walking tours; I've been to Iceland, New Zealand, Egypt, trekked to Everest base camp all on the elliptical. They also have cultural walking tours of some of the major cities which I nice to walk along to. I know you can get the app online or on phone even if you don't have any of the nordic track equipment.
