Don't sell yourself Short. A medal is a medal. Especially in a national competition. Put it in your trophy case and be proud. You deserve it. I'd like to see the video as well. I think you have my number if not I can PM it to you.

Jim.
Great job on the meet. When I was involved in powerlifting, although nice to win your weight class, my goal was to increase my PR. Just going and competing in a meet is a win!

Good morning ~ I'd have been so pissed if they spun me to be nuts like that. I hope you heal well and are able to see by Friday. I need to get my booster shot, I will get that scheduled - thanks for the reminder! It's chilly and rainy today, but super cozy. Happy to WFH while I wait for my treadmill to be delivered - yay!
QOTD - Not crafty, but I love to cook. I'm always thinking of ways to transform my favorite dishes - homemade or restaurant to low carb. I need to get cracking on some new ideas!
B- coffee, scrambled eggs and salsa
l-turkey and cheese sandwich on 35 cal keto bread w/all the fixin's
d-TBD - comfort food, some kind of crockpot goodness.
S-turkey pepperoni, cheese whisps, pistachios
Have a wonderful day!

JQB. MY LASIK WAS 20 years ago and it took some time before my vision was finished improving, I remember that I was told it would be a month or so before it would finish improving, but I remember it being much faster than that. They fitted me with contacts before I left the surgery center which did 2 things, acted as a bandage so my eyes didn't sting so bad and added some vision correction so I would not bump into walls. Each day my vision got better, although they removed the contact lense bandage after one day. It is like with a slide projector where you dial in the focus little by little. I have no regrets.
I have a nasty cold. At least I think that is it since I have had both doses and a booster for COVID. It messed up my mini vacation, where instead of being in the Keys for 4 day ...... here I sit on the couch with a Kleenex box.
QOTD The last creative thing I did was touch up a painting I had started and it still is NOT FINISHED. I don't have it anymore.
