It cut off, but looks like you would have won 50 - 55 as well.

Actually I would have won as far back as 40-44 They place 83'rd and I was 73rd. but our age group was tight. there were 11 in my age group.

Great job on the race! I am trying to commit to running again-I am super slow, but I do finish! I am trying to do one charity run a month for the next 12 months. I did that shortly after my WLS in 2014 but haven't run much since then. I am 3 races in and it is still not my favorite activity, but I finished all of them and I always think for me the goal is to get to the start line and the rest just takes care of itself. Great job on your podium finish!!!

Good morning and TGIF ~ OMG, I hope the principle is okay - what is this world coming to? Can't wait to hear about how awesome it is to SEE w/out glasses, QJB! I would love to be able to see while I swim and work out without glasses. We'll see. Today is going to be good day. I work a half day, have a mani/pedi, meeting my son for lunch and su****onight with the hubs. I still have a lot to get done to leave with a good conscious today so I need to motor!

QOTD - Totally the Keurig! Then I think its a big ole tie with the toaster, oven crock pot and air fryer.

Food:

B coffee, egg bites

l - Gyro or shawarma meat w/grilled veggies

d- tuna sashimi

s- ratio granola bar, jerky
