What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
Good Morning! Happy Fri-yay! JB- sending you all the good vibes this morning. It sound like a few days off will be good, I can't even imagine the things you have to deal with.
QOTD: The microwave, I know probably not the best choice but most of the time it's to warm up something we made on the weekend for the week.

Have a great one!
G?morning all!
QJB - good luck with surgery today. Can't wait to hear about your 20/20 vision. I am so sorry about that principal. It?s heartbreaking to know a juvenile has so much angst to the point of beating up a person in authority. We def need better mental health help for our kids, especially after they were cooped in and god knows what they had to deal with. Love the new sofa and you&Grim. And I love your curly hair
QOTD: Kettle, blender, crockpot, instant pot. In that order.
I looked on my phone to see if I have any recent pics. I noticed most of my pics are either of sunsets or Luna! Typical empty nester I guess. Here is a fountain at the park across the street where we take Luna for her daily walks.
My meals yesterday
- B: coffee
- L: Costco chicken bites burrito (with cauliflower thins)
- S: Epic Chicken sriracha (I hadn't seen these in a while but found them at target)
- D: shrimp stir fry
- E: 30 minutes cardio + 60 minutes weight training.
Happy Fri-yay!

Good morning everybody!
I?m not 100 percent committed to being awake. Kind of waiting to see which happens first (a) fall back asleep, or (b) the coffee shop opens.
I did quite a bit of work yesterday, so today will be a fairly easy day work wise. In the early afternoon, I will watch my coach lift and then I will do so around dinner time.
JB, I saw that story on the news, it?s terrible.
QOTD: I?m with Kelly, microwave. Maybe toaster is second.
Picture is snow capped mountains here.

So sorry for the troubles in your school. We have a school district here that has moved to remote for the high school, not because of the pandemic, but because of the violence in the school! Be safe.
QOTD: definitely the air fryer! but it broke this week and we are going to get a new one. I am debating which one. We had the basket kind and I liked it a lot. It was inexpensive and lasted only a year. So now I am willing to invest more money since I know that I will use it, but can't decide if I should get an all in one, the basket kind or the one that kind of looks like a toaster oven. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Food today is largely unplanned-hoping to avoid the halloween candy leftovers!!!!
B- Cookies and creme Premier Protien shake
L-thinking curry cauliflower soup
D-out with my dad-not sure where yet.
Good morning! Keeping all good thoughts going for you JB. You are going to love this new you.
Today I hope for a busy work day and then off for a week. Nothing planned tonight, but tomorrow I both get a massage and get to see my bestie who I have only seen twice since March of 2020. I am very excited about that. My #1 photo this week is the present I got from Jim! So me, I absolutely love it!
and then, the hubs and the oldest granddaughter at a birthday celebration....
QoTD: Electric kettle for me and Nespresso for the hubs. And then the toaster oven. It's an even tie for third I'd say between the KitchenAid stand mixer, the food processor and the air fryer. (so glad I have been working on downsizing crap )
Menu:
B: beef jerky and Whisps
L: celebrating a birthday here and they picked Panda Express. So I selected teriyaki chicken and broccoli as a side.
D: leftovers for sure. Brisket, baked beans and cauliflower "potato" salad.
Peace Everyone!
