Hi, I'm backkkkk! The storm was the worst one I have ever lived though, and it really wasn't even predicted to be as bad as it was at all! But I guess it was just really localized and hit our area hard. Within our 6 block radius I think there were at least a dozen HUGE trees uprooted and power lines down everywhere. We were so lucky that we got power back at our house, quickly, because most of the rest of our neighborhood just got it back last night!!! Thursday when I drove to work, I drove for 25 minutes before I saw anyone else with power, and that included street lights or traffic lights. It was a terrifying drive!

QOTD: What did you do for Halloween? I had planned to make cute costumes but with the storm damage and no internet to contend with, I just skipped it. I handed out candy to the kiddos and they were adorable. We had a very steady stream of kids and ran out of candy by 7:20pm.

I am not going to pretend that I ate like a responsible WLS patient this weekend. I had lots of "off plan" treats :(

B: Protein Coffee

S: Egg & Cheese Wrap

L: Cranberry Chicken Salad

S: Balanced Break - Nuts & Cheese

D: Fish Taco with Mango Salsa

Happy November! I had a busy but great weekend.

qotd - I handed out candy for about 2-2.5 hours, while dressed up. No candy left and I didn't eat any of it. Several small children hugged Baby Yoda so pretty sure I won Halloween!

I have a haircut tonight, Pilates this morning and not a ton of meetings today. Maybe it's a new trend, time to get work done!

outside off coffee this morning plus a pb gf English muffin, I'm not sure what else I will eat today. I need to do some planning.

have a great day everyone!

That storm sounds like it wreaked total havoc. Glad you're ok.

The weekend was good. Full of family and friends.

Down the road you could do that. I eat the toppings of the pizza when we go out for pizza or order pizza in. I don't want anybody to feel uncomfortable around me, so when it's pizza night I just scrape the toppings, along with cheese, and enjoy it that way.

Yeah, the thought definitely crossed my mind. I'll wait until I'm further removed from surgery though.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

Queen so glad to have you back and things have calmed down in your neck of the woods. You were missed as always. My day got much better on Friday and I had a decent weekend.

I did get my Jack o Lantern Jog in on Saturday with no rain. As soon as I finished it started sprinkling. They gave the medals and prizes inside the school so I stayed dry. Yes I won my age division. I ran it in 28:53. Not my best but in my defense there was a huge hill I had to walk a little bit it was very steep.

QOTD: We went to a party Saturday night that is usually a costume party but they didn't make it costume this year. As soon as DH heard that there was no way I was getting him into costume. Sunday I watched the Steelers win over the Browns wich is always nice to see, and I gave out candy Last evening but we did not have many and now I have a bucket of left over M&M peanut and Cookies and cream Hershey bars.

Accountability: Some wine on Saturday and I had a few carb laden foods like Snickerdoodle cookies and pepperoni rolls. It was hard to keep my hand off of them because they were all home made.
