I hear about people getting their whole mouth done in one shot and I can't even imagine. I think that's 8 posts and 1 was miserable for me.

I am debating on whether to do an implant or just keep my bridge. I am probably not going to do the implant. I have had it for two months and the dentist said it will have to be six months before starting the implant process.

I may need an implant if they can't save the one with possible broken root. Rob just had one done - it took about 7 or 8 months total and he was miserable.

I'm sorry you have to deal with so much dental stuff. I am definitely phobic about dental work.

QOTD: No whitening yet but I'm aware of the possibility of needing it at a later date. I've been slacking on going to the dentist for the last year and know the likelihood of developing problems the longer I put it off. I have always despised the idea of the dentist.

Self care: Went to the pain management doctor today and they're ordering x-rays to start to address knee pain. Will take care of the x-rays when I visit my primary doctor next week.

B: Dannon light and fit coconut yogurt, a serving of cottage cheese

Just so you know the plaque in your teeth is the same plaque that ends up in your arteries and leads to heart disease. Please go to the dentist if it is financially possible. Very important part of self care.

Happy Tuesday All,

I had a late meeting yesterday so only got to my 30 minute walk. Tonight I have a massage so I am going to try to leave early enough to get both my walk and yoga in. I do notice how much better my joints feel when I am consistant with the yoga. My muscles are so tight and I need to increase my flexibility.

QOTD: I have done the Zoom lazer whitening a couple of times. I can't say that the results were outstanding but did lighten and remove stains a bit. My sister has really white teeth so I asked her what she uses, which is the Crest Professional Whitening strips. I bought some of those to use, I am in the process of finishing them and have seen some improvement. I was uncertain since I also experience tooth sensitivity (I even rinse with warm water not cold) but have not had any of that with these strips. They only require 30 minutes once daily so I brush my teeth in the morning then put them on while I get ready for the day. So pretty convenient. I do drink cold brew coffee daily and red passion tea..

B: Triple zero greek yogurt with collagen added, cold brew with sf caramel half n half

L: 1/2 ground beef enchilada, 1/2 c roasted veggies

S: PP drink

D: 1c. Chicken & veggie Pho

S: 100 cal kettle popcorn

E: 30 min walk, 30 min yoga

Back when work conferences were still a thing, they started offering pre breakfast yoga and i was amazed what a difference it made throughout the days of the conference.
