What's on your Tuesday Menu?
Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
It has definitely turned to fall here in Pittsburgh over night. Cold rainy windy. YUCK. Oh how I love the summer. Now I'm pulling out sweaters and boots. Why do I live in a cold climate area? I do love Pittsburgh but come on global warming help me out here. Thank you everyone who acknowledged my 25 years hear at work. I have about 10 more to go and I am out. Either that I hit the lottery and go. Eventually I will get to retire. Hopefully sooner than later. I also forgot to tell you guys I did get my tickets for Immersive Van Gogh. I did not realize it was here till February so I got tickets for my birthday weekend on December 5th. So now I got something to look forward too.

Hi All -
my cat with the eye issue (ulcer) goes back for his second re-check later this morning. I hope he's OK. It didn't heal as expected last time we were there (last Friday), so I hope it's a lot better today... I hate for him to have to go into surgery at his age (16.5 years old!). Fingers crossed. From 1-3 I have to host a Zoom lecture - then I'll probably get out on my bike since it'll be mid-50s and sunny... I need to do SOMETHING because I'm feeling like a blob this morning. Too much food the last couple of days...
QOTD: I had mine professionally done at the dentist's office probably 10 years ago. They sent me home with trays and the goop that goes in them so I could re-touch them whenever - which I haven't done in at least a year. This prompts me to do it after my next dentist appt. It did/does make a difference - but not movie star difference. I think a lot of those folks get veneers.
B: cheesecake-flavored yogurt pie with cherry/blackberry compote, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: plain Greek yogurt with apple compote. Piece of peanut butter toast (on 35-calorie bread) (had peanut butter toast yesterday - the stuff is magical - wasn't hungry for hours!)
AS: protein muffin or skyr with raspberries
D: haven't decided yet. Something out of my overly-stuffed freezer...maybe 1/2 a veggie burger on 1/2 a slim bun with veggies?
ex: I'm going to do a virtual strength fusion class later this morning instead of doing weights, because I'm just not excited about doing weights today. Also, the aforementioned bike ride this afternoon
have a great day, everyone!
What brand is the 35 calorie bread?

I have seen Aldi's mentioned in this group a bunch. Unfortunately, we don't have the store in our area yet. I will definitley check it out if we ever get one. I will check the bread out online.
