What's on your Tuesday Menu?

I've resisted getting one of those things because I"m so afraid of slicing my finger off!

Don't waste your money. The food I saw in magazines prepared on the mandolin was done by professionals after a large learning curve. Mine never looks that good and most of the time I do much better with a sharp knife or with the food processor.

Out of love, I have been forbidden from even touching the mandolin. John puts sweet potatoes in the dehydrator for some snacks for me but he handles every bit of that device. He also has gloves he uses.

LOL, I am not allowed to use candles or the disposal. Our Johns are good to us.

Thanks!! I think the worst part was the embarrassment. I sat with a paper towel putting pressure on it elevated for about half an hour hoping it's stop bleeding- no such luck.
