Lisa-Sorry you had to deal with some jerk on the road. Way not to let it ruin your trip.

QOTD: The best thing this week was taking a quick road trip to Rockford to see a friend whom I've known for 25 years. Even though it was just a day trip, it got me out of the city and able to clear my head.

B: Yogurt, banana, and coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup

L: 2 Costco Chicken Skewers with sugar free BBQ sauce

D: ??? May go see a friend's band so I'll be winging it

S: Turkey Jerky

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.
